The guide price for our auction property 185 Derby Road Stapleford, has been reduced to £50,000.

Bumper auction sale planned for 14th March 2012
Following our very successful December 2011 auction sale when all 6 lots sold for prices considerably higher than reserve figures, the next auction sale is already shaping up to be a major event, scheduled for the evening of Wednesday 14th March 2012 at The Holiday Inn,Bostocks Lane,Sandiacre.
To date we have received instructions to include two seperate part let shops in Stapleford at very attractive guide prices, a large factory in Breaston suitable for some form of possible redevelopment. There is also a mid terraced house in Long Eaton, a further Victorian semi detached house in both Long Eaton and Stapleford, as well as a pair of adjoining terraced houses presently combined to provide accomodation as a single house, but can readily be split to offer two seperate properties.
"As ever our very sensible guide and reserve prices make our auctions undeniably the most popular auction sales between Derby and Nottingham, both for the variety of property types we can handle and our enviable 100% success rate. We are still accepting entries for this sale which is likely to be quite a memorable event" commented the firms auctioneer Robert Jones who has been conducting local auction sales since 1994.
If you have a local residential or commercial property, or indeed some land that you believe can best be sold by public auction, then please contact the market leaders in this field to discuss this method of sale further. Additional information as well on the above seven lots will be posted on our website over the course of the next few weeks.
New shop soon to open in Stapleford for 2012

Auction ... Wednesday 14th December ......what a night !!
Wednesday 14th December 2011 at the Holiday Inn Bostocks Lane Sandiacre, witnessed the largest land and property auction to be held in Long Eaton in 2011.
A packed room of over 100 potential buyers and clients, as well as those just interested in the auction method of sale, witnessed Robert Jones in fine form as he sold 6 out of 6 lots to eager and competitive buyers. " We were expecting a large turnout and had experienced tremendous interest in all 6 lots offered prior to the auction, but the spirited bidding and competion for property was such a delight in what is undoubtedly a challenging market place " commented auctioneer Robert Jones.
Wallace Jones welcomes further enquiries from parties seeking our proven local knowledge and ability to sell by this specialised method. Contact either Adrian Collier or Robert Jones for advice.
